Vegan Bread

Ste. Anne’s bakery vegan bread is delicious and healthy, perfect for your toast or favourite sandwich.

Ingredients: Spring water, brown rice flour, olive oil, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch, yeast, xanthan gum, flax seed meal, cane sugar, kosher salt, agar agar.

Instructions: Our breads contain no preservatives and have a shelf life of 5 days. Freeze bread to preserve freshness for up to 6 months. To thaw we suggest toasting bread, or simply bringing it to room temperature.
